Q1. When should we book flowers and décor for our wedding?
We undertake limited no of bookings per day. Availability will be depending upon the demand. January, May, June, August, December months are considered as high demands.

Q2. What about Order Changes / Cancellations / Postpones ?
If customer needs to make any change to the order, it will be informed to us 21 days prior to the event.

Q4. What is your substitution policy?
Floral substitutions are sometimes necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues.
In the order placing stage you must nominate the second option flower. According to the
customer agreement we have rights to substitute the second option flower due to unavoidable circumstance occurred.
