Q1. When should we book flowers and décor for our wedding?
 
 

We undertake limited no of bookings per day. Availability will be depending upon the demand. January, May, June, August, December months are considered as high demand months for wedding bookings. We close the date as soon as our comport for a particular day is fully utilized. Therefore we recommend to book your dates as soon as wedding day is finalized.
  
     
 
Q2. What about Order Changes / Cancellations / Postpones ?
 
 

If customer needs to make any change to the order, it will be informed to us 21 days prior to the event. For any changes, Customer will have to visit the Lassana Flora showroom.

Over the phone requests will not be accepted.

In the event of cancellation, we will refund your money after deducting for flowers & other necessary items for the decoration. Rights of Final decision with LASSANA FLORA.
We accept postpones, but money will not be refunded to you. You can transfer the paid amount to a function, which will be happened on future date.

Q4. What is your substitution policy?
 
 

Floral substitutions are sometimes necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. In the order placing stage you must nominate the second option flower. According to the customer agreement we have rights to substitute the second option flower due to unavoidable circumstance occurred.

We will always maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement using fresh flowers of equal value. In a single flower arrangement – such as an orchid or rose bud vase – we will make every attempt to match the flower-type, but may make substations of colors.
  
     
 
Q5. When must I buy my gift bouquet to receive same day delivery?
 
 

You can collect your bouquets / decors at our showrooms at a stipulated time. If you need , we will provide transportation for fee.
  
     
 
Q6. Can I place an order for international delivery?
 
 

For the moment, we accept deliveries within Sri Lanka except North & Eastern province.

Q9.What are the other important facts of sending wedding invitations to guests?
 
 

Invitations should be sent out 6 to 8-weeks prior to the wedding. This will give guests the adequate time to make all of the schedule, travel, and babysitter and accommodation arrangements necessary to attend your wedding. It will also allow you to set your RSVP 23 date 2 to 3 weeks prior to your wedding date so you can get a final head count and make final seating arrangements.
  
     
 
Q10. Should we send THANK YOU cards to guests after the wedding?
 
 

As a custom, we thank to the entire guest who attends to the wedding on that day because of their attendance, blessings & gifts they brought to us. However, personal thank you notes are the only sincere way to tell a giver how appreciative you are of their participation & gifts.
